Canon has now introduced two new digital cameras using long-zoom, which is the Canon PowerShot SX260HS and the Canon PowerShot SX240HS. Both cameras have a pretty sleek design and compact, but still packed with a 25mm wide angle lens that can zoom optics hingga20x the 4-stop Image Stabilizer. According to Canon, this new model is the thinnest of all the cameras that can perform up to 20x optical zoom.
PowerShot SX260 HS is also equipped with a built-in GPS chip and mark on each image using local time and also location it was taken with an automatic. A Map Utility software will also allow you to be able to see your journey on Google Maps
With the HS SYSTEM, SX260 HS and SX240 HS will do shooting in low light conditions by using the image sensor and 12.1 Megapixel CMOS also has a DIGIC 5 image processor and Intelligent IS. The new PowerShot cameras can record a fast action using a fairly high speed burst HQ, shooting full-resolution image by using the speed of 10.3 shoots per second, can also slow down or speed up a video 0fps Super Slow Motion Movie.
Canon SX260 HS and SX240 HS has a Smart Auto mode which can detect 58 screen and can perform optimal settings, and is equipped with Face Identification which has the function to adjust the focus and exposure priority based on the data that is stored on your face. There is also an in camera Creative Filters which will allow you to add a creative touch to your images.
Canon SX260 HS or SX240 HS can do a recording with up to 1080p Full HD video with stereo sound using. Both cameras have been equipped with 3-ich LCD screen PureColor II G which has a layer of tempered glass in order to better protection. There is also a mini HDMI video output for you to be able to share memories in an HDTV.
